Pioneras en STEM
Empowering young women to lead in science, technology, engineering, and math.
Why It Matters
Young women of color remain critically underrepresented in leadership spaces and STEM fields. Nationally, women make up only 28% of the STEM workforce, and Latinas account for less than 2% of that figure.
Pioneras en STEM was created to change that.
