Whether you need assistance with housing, food, utilities, or benefits, we’re here to guide you every step of the way—free of charge. Our goal is simple: to make sure you feel supported, secure, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
What We Do
Our Case Managers provide personalized support to help individuals access essential services and benefits, including:
- Food stamps (SNAP)
- Medicaid
- Unemployment benefits
- Utility bill assistance
- Rental assistance (more info. below)
Additional Services
- Translating letters and documents
- Assisting with Social Security inquiries
- Handling disability claims
- Addressing eviction concerns

Our Rental Assistance program is designed to help maintain housing stability by offering one‑time rental support to eligible low-to-moderate‑income households. Our goal is to prevent homelessness and help families remain safe, secure, and supported in their homes.
